WHITE HORSE WINERY – 106 Hall Street – Hammonton, NJ

This winery is less than one year old.  Most of the building was created with reclaimed wood, and it is beautifully done.

The tastings were $10 each, and it included a wine glass.  The offerings were mostly reds and whites, and virtually no sweet wines.   All were delicious, and yes, we bought a bottle.  If you must know, it was the reserve.

The tasting room is managed by two young, knowledgeable women. There are lots of events including dinner with wine pairings, truck food, and music.

Note:  The label on the bottles was created by world-renowned local artist Jamie Wyeth.  That’s pretty cool in itself.

It is located halfway between Philadelphia and the shore, so is very easy to visit. If you are anywhere near Hammonton, it is worth the visit.
